A new program by MasterCard, Price Assure, will track price changes on purchased air tickets and help you get the credit you are owed.
Enroll in the program, use your MasterCard to purchase your airline tickets, and you will be notified if the price decreases entitling you to a refund. Contact the airline yourself to make a claim or MasterCard will do the work for you, for a fee.
